Marble Falls Hoops camp staff gives players a chance to learn
MARBLE FALLS — The Bruce Etheridge Mustang boys basketball camp is known for having instructors who have played professionally for the sport.
The camp, which will start June 6, was usually led by NBA player Brian Skinner, a former Temple High School athlete who played for Etheridge.
This year, Etheridge said he is hoping Devin Brown, who played for the San Antonio Spurs, Denver Nuggets, New Orleans Hornets, Cleveland Cavaliers and Milwaukee Bucks, will help at the camp.
Brown is a former University of Texas at San Antonio teammate of Marble Falls High School assistant coach David President.
In addition, Etheridge, the Marble Falls High head boys basketball coach, invited high school standouts Connor Docherty, Max Lazos, J’Vante Blanchard and Bron Etheridge to work with the youngsters.
