MARBLE FALLS — To Marble Falls High School girls basketball coach Stephanie Gamble, the Lady Mustangs (9-18, 3-3) avoided a giant mess by beating Leander Vandegrift Friday, 51-45.

Marble Falls is tied for third with Leander Rouse (3-3) in the District 25-4A standings.
