Eva Louise Lance

Eva Louise Lance, 68, died April 14, 2010, in Kingsland. A native of McAllen, she was born Sept. 10, 1941, to Howard and Geneva Polk Courtney. She worked in the music business for several years.

Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-laws Kenneth and Dedra Lance of Willis and Steve and Angela Lance of Kingsland; grandchildren Carlene, Natasha, Alison and Melissa; sister and brother-in-law Betty and LeRoy Howard and brother Howard B. Courtney.

Private funeral services were held at the family residence. Arrangements entrusted to Putnam Funeral Home, 145 Texas Avenue in Kingsland, (325) 388-0008. An online guest register is available at www.putnamfunerals.com.
