Texas exes club planning football kickoff party soon
HIGHLAND LAKES — Former Texas Tech football coach Spike Dykes is the featured speaker at this year’s Highland Lakes Chapter of the Texas Exes Big XII Kickoff Party.
Bears, Red Raiders, Cowboys, Cornhuskers, Jayhawks, Buffalos and even Aggies are invited to join the Longhorns for a catfish dinner 6:30 p.m. Sept. 4 at the Trails of Lake LBJ Clubhouse on RR 2831, planners said.
Admission is $20 per person with a cash bar.
