Happy Belly Bakery brings fountain of chocolate, cookies and sweets

MARBLE FALLS — From the time Robert Pacini was 10 years old, his desire for baking and making chocolate confections became a lifelong goal. 

During the last six months, Pacini decided to make baking a full-time career with his catering business Happy Belly Bakery.

Pacini has been in and out of the restaurant business for 30 years, and early in his career began making cookies for  buffets and banquets. 

The range of sweets includes cookies, pastries and handmade chocolates.

“We offer specialties to those with a sweet tooth from individuals to business people,” Pacini said. “I was working in a different field and began catering on the side for weddings and special events in October 2004. In addition to catering, we offer special orders and gift boxes.”

One of his growing specialties is filling corporate orders. Pacini offers chocolates in specially wrapped gift boxes to businesses that want to give them as gifts for employees or affiliates.
