The Daily Tribune named MFalls’ official newspaper
MARBLE FALLS — The River Cities Daily Tribune has been named the newspaper of record for Marble Falls.
The City Council approved the switch with a 4-3 vote at its Oct. 13 meeting. The Daily Tribune replaces The Highlander as the city’s official newspaper.
The Daily Tribune will publish the city’s official notices, including job listings, legal notices and bid announcements, officials said. The Daily Tribune is published five days a week — Monday through Friday and a combined Saturday-Sunday edition.
The city’s announcements will also run in the weekly Picayune, published on Wednesdays and in the online classifieds at www.thepicayunetv.com.
The Daily Tribune is a product of Victory Publishing Co. Ltd., which also produces The Highland Lakes Business Journal, 101 Fun Things To Do in the Highland Lakes and the Picayune Area-Wide Phone Book.
The Daily Tribune is also the official newspaper for Cottonwood Shores, Granite Shoals, Highland Haven and Meadowlakes.
