Bulldogs perform well at swim meet

AUSTIN – The Burnet High School boys and girls swim teams competed at the 2008 Austin Independent School District Capital City Swim Classic Nov. 7 at the Lee and Joe Jamail Swim Center on the University of Texas at Austin campus.

Patton’s on Main closes

MARBLE FALLS — Four years after opening, Patton’s on Main, a popular downtown Texas fusion restaurant, has closed for business, following in the footsteps of several other eateries on Main Street that have shut down recently.
