Gary Neil Meguire Sr.
Gary Neil Meguire Sr., 78, of Llano died Oct. 9, 2012, in Houston. He was born on Aug. 7, 1934, to Elsie Lavada (Herridge) Meguire and William B. Meguire.
He grew up in Llano and was a Navy veteran.
Survivors include sons Gary Neil Meguire Jr. of Virginia, Michael Ray Meguire of Texas and Wayne Patrick Meguire of Mississippi; daughter Trina West Hoot of Livingston; grandchildren Jeremy, Timothy, Travis, Gary III and Jonathan; numerous great-grandchildren; and his former wife Betty West of Houston.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Lee and Tootie Meguire.
A graveside service was Oct. 13 at the Llano City Cemetery with Brother David Hankins officiating.
Honorary pallbearers included Timothy Meguire, Jeremy Meguire, Robert Worley, Jack Hoot and Harold Goehmann.
