Rowena Lavern “Pat” Reed

Rowena Lavern “Pat” Reed, 77, of Georgetown died June 28, 2012. She was born in Quinlan on July 20, 1934, to Oliver Thurmon and Nellie Arnold.
She was a loving wife and mother, dedicating her life to taking care of her husband and her boys.
Her loyalty and honesty allowed her to find jobs of trust for years going back to the Jonestown Store and ending with 10 years as cashier at the Luby’s. She was unmatched at cooking, and no one ever left her house hungry.
