Patricia Sue “Pat” Tumlinson

Patricia Sue “Pat” Tumlinson, 70, of Kingsland died June 4, 2011. She was born in Loop on Oct. 10, 1940, to Cecil and Leona (McDonald) Mings.

She married David Tumlinson on Dec. 15, 1984, in Kingsland. She worked for many years at the Blue Bonnet Cafe in Marble Falls. She had a spirit that made people feel loved and cared for.

People were at ease around her and she was dearly loved.

Most of all, she relished being a grandmother. She lived for her  grandchildren, and she will be deeply missed.

Survivors include her husband of 26 years; sons Michael Lewis of Marble Falls, Zane Lewis of Austin, Michael Allan Tumlinson of Tucson, Ariz.; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sisters Barbara Hall, Dean Martin and Betty Herndon.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son Rusty Lewis; daughter Pamela Sue Lewis; and brother Lyndol Mings.

A service is 10 a.m. June 9 at Calvary Hill Church, 136 Real St. in Kingsland.
