Steven Kyle Davidson, 27, of Granite Shoals, Texas, passed away unexpectedly Aug. 8, 2017. He was born Jan. 16, 1990, in Lubbock, Texas, to Rob and Mary Davidson.
Steven graduated from Marble Falls High School in 2008 and was an avid hunter and fisherman, an excellent knife maker, a Jeeper, a loyal employee at Cold Spring in Marble Falls, and a lover of life.
He is survived by his parents; sisters, Bethany Davidson of Granite Shoals and Kensey Davidson of Pflugerville; nephew, Alvin Davidson of Granite Shoals; the love of his life, Mackinzee Mayfield of Marble Falls; parents-in-love, Buster and Stacee Hopkins of Marble Falls; sisters-in-love, Konnor, Mikah, and Tatum Hopkins of Marble Falls; nephews-in-love, Ranger Hopkins and Distel Wimberley, both of Marble Falls; and numerous family and friends who will miss him dearly.
A memorial service is 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, at First Baptist Church of Granite Shoals, 505 S. Phillips Ranch Road.

It hurt so bad to see my kids so sad as they where getting ready to attend
a truly good friends funeral , you never want to have to see your kids leave this world before you it’s truly heart breaking , both of my kids where friends of Steven’s and they always talked highly of him, my son in law to be Dillon Tankersley had a knife made for my husband from Steven and now you could not ask for any better gift he will cherish it forever . My heart goes out to his parents and other family members and most of all Mackinzee he was the love of her life , I will pray that she will find peace in her heart . God Bless All

It complies with all applicable laws and does not contain viruses, malware, or prohibited content.
You will not submit false, misleading, or confidential information.
No Compensation You understand and agree that you will receive no compensation for the submission or use of your Submitted Content.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or any third-party claims related to your Submitted Content.
Moral Rights and Publicity You waive any moral rights or rights of attribution in the Submitted Content to the extent permitted by law. Company may use your name, username, or likeness in connection with the Submitted Content if applicable.
Termination and Removal Company may, in its sole discretion, edit, refuse to post, or remove any Submitted Content at any time without notice. This Agreement survives any termination.
Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Burnet County, Texas.
Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Modifications must be in writing. By submitting content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
