Stuart Harris, 60, of Kingsland died Sept. 16, 2016

Stuart Harris, 60, of Kingsland, Texas, passed away Sept. 16, 2016. He was born to Robert and Mildred (Holden) Harris on Jan. 30, 1956, in Beech Grove, Indiana.
Stuart was a metal fabricator and had his own business in the Kingsland area. He enjoyed flying, dirt biking as well as biking on the open road, guns, hunting, scuba diving, camping, NASCAR, golfing, and traveling to old and new places.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, of Kingsland; sons, Tanner Ratliff and wife Kari of Cottonwood Shores, Travis Harris and wife Kayle of Kingsland, Clay Kann of Kingsland, and A.J. Morrow and wife Chelsea of Fairland; three grandchildren; sisters, Susy Stuber and husband Fred of Switzerland and Julie Newman and husband John of Baton Rouge; and brother Ed Harris and wife Becky of Sunrise Beach Village. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive him.
Stuart was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Bobby and Richard Harris.
A family gathering is 4 p.m. Oct. 1 at McNair Park, 211 Park Road in Sunrise Beach Village.
