Glenn Edward Page, 81, of Marble Falls died May 30, 2015
Glenn Edward Page, 81, of Marble Falls, Texas, passed away in Blanco, Texas, on May 30, 2015. Glenn was born in Granger, Texas, to David Waymon Page and Lily Opal Farr Page.
He proudly served his country with the U.S. Army; retired from the Texas Department of Public Safety after many years of faithful employment; and was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and dear friend who will be missed by many.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Lois Jean Krueger Page; infant brother, Marion Eugene Page; brother, Melvin Page; sister-in-law Bertha Page; and brother-in-law Egon Artzt.
He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Matus Page; son, Darren Page and wife Priscilla of Leander; daughter, Nancy Matthews and husband Glenn of Blanco; sister, Nina Jo Artzt of New Braunfels; four grandchildren, Cory Wayne Page, Travis Alan Page, Glenn Gayle Matthews Jr. and Andrew Krueger Matthews; and one great-granddaughter, Bentlee Grace Page. Glenn is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation is 1-2 p.m. June 2 at Crofts-Crow Funeral Home, 911 Mesquite in Blanco, with a funeral service following at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in the Blanco Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Glenn to the Blanco County Disaster Relief Fund, c/o Nancy Matthews, 4233 Little Blanco Road, Blanco, TX 78606.
