OBITUARY: Linda Faye (Latham) Murphy, 65, of Llano dies July 23, 2014
Linda Faye (Latham) Murphy passed away July 23, 2014, at the age of 65. She was born in Llano, Texas, on Dec. 9, 1948, to Henry and Mable Millie (Hoford) Latham. She was a lifetime resident of Llano and Kingsland.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter Alyssa Faye Murphy in 2001; and sisters Ruby, Estelle, Louise, Patsy and Nan.
She is survived by her sons, Gary Murphy and wife Brandi and Patrick Murphy, all of Kingsland; brothers, Marvin Latham and Ronnie Latham, both of Llano; sister Deborah Pruitt of Kingsland; grandchildren Angela, Justine and Dakota; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service is 10 a.m. July 28 at Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Home, 307 E. Sandstone in Llano, (325) 247-4300, with the Rev. Marvin Partin officiating. Burial will follow at Llano City Cemetery.
