OBITUARY: William H. Atwood, 78, of Burnet dies July 22, 2014

William H. Atwood, 78, passed away July 22, 2014. He was born Sept. 18, 1935, in Topeka, Kan.

He was a member of Hill Country Fellowship Church in Burnet and Sigma Phi Epsilon and worked for the past seven years with mentally challenged adults. In his spare time, he enjoyed being a ham radio operator, hunting, fishing, playing golf and tennis, water and snow skiing, and playing a steel guitar.

A celebration of his life is 11 a.m. July 25 at Hill Country Fellowship Church.
