OBITUARY: Leta Rhea Govett, 70, of Kingsland dies Sept. 10, 2013
Leta Rhea Govett, 70, of Kingsland passed away Sept. 10, 2013. She was born to Ray and Verba (Hillyard) Lawler on March 15, 1943.
Leta graduated high school and continued her education to receive a bachelor’s degree. She was a secretary. In her spare time, she enjoyed computer artwork, singing and songwriting.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, David Govett and Cathy Junell of Georgetown; mother, Verba Kleuh of Kingsland; brother, Arthur Lawler of Ada, Okla.; and nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service is 10 a.m. Sept. 14 at Kingsland Community Church in Kingsland with the Rev. Dick West officiating.
