OBITUARY: Lavonia ‘Phayrene’ Scott, 94, of Marble Falls dies April 21, 201

Lavonia “Phayrene” Scott, 94, of Marble Falls passed away April 21, 2013.

Phayrene was preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, William “Scottie”; brothers G.C. and Howard Burk; and infant sons Harry and Larry.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Linda of Hurst; son Jerry and wife Robyn of San Antonio; grandchildren, Cheryl and husband Jeff of Austin, Catherine and husband Ernest of Granite Shoals, William and wife Brandy of Virginia Beach, Va., and Sharra of Fort Wainwright, Alaska; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Jacob, Meghan, Heather, George, Amber, Zachary, Emilie, Haley and Samuel; and numerous friends.

Visitation is 5-7 p.m. April 24 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 1805 U.S. 281 North in Marble Falls, (830) 693-4373. A graveside service is 2 p.m. April 25 at San Fernando III Cemetery, 1735 Cupples Road in San Antonio, with Dan Pitts officiating.
