OBITUARY: Lynn W. Marshall, 75, of Marble Falls sang in Hill Country Blenders

Lynn W. Marshall, 75, of Marble Falls, Texas, passed away March 5, 2013. Born July 4, 1937, in Allen, Mich., he was the son of Clinton and Agnes Marshall.
He is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Ethel R (Wiser) Marshall; sons, Jeffery Marshall and Gregory Marshall and wife April, all of Battle Creek, Mich., and Bradley Marshall and wife Kathie of Hewitt, Texas; and grandsons, Cody and Clinton Marshall of Battle Creek and William and Ryan Marshall of Hewitt. Additionally, he is survived by his sister, Mary Lou Sidorsky; brother Larry Marshall and wife Kathy of San Antonio; and sister-in-law Jan Marshall of Grass Lake, Mich.
He was preceded in death by his brother Lewis Marshall.
Mr. Marshall formerly resided in Battle Creek, Mich., where he was a hairstylist and a hair-replacement specialist known as Mr. Lynn. His shop on Capital Avenue was a fixture for many years until health problems forced his retirement.
Mr. Marshall was active in church: First Wesleyan in Battle Creek and First Baptist in Marble Falls. He was involved in the Gideons International Bible ministry for many years and loved serving God in any way that was presented to him. He enjoyed singing in both the church choir and the Hill Country Blenders.
A memorial service is 10 a.m. March 9 at First Baptist Church with Brother Ross Chandler officiating.
