Weston Kent Byers, 34, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 25 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): harassment, reckless driving. Released on Sept. 26 on $10,000 in bonds.

Matthew Scott Conners, 38, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 25 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): falsifying a drug test with a falsification device.

Donnie Ray Straps, 58, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 25 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): criminal mischief of more than $750 but less than $2,500. Released on Sept. 25 on $5,000 in bonds.

Terry Eugene Barnett, 48, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 26 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): operating an unregistered motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated. Released on Sept. 27 on $2,000 in bonds.

Valerie Bowling, 41, of Florence was arrested Sept. 26 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram, driving with license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility, driving while license invalid. Released on Sept. 29 on $9,000 in bonds.

Brittany Nicole Medrano, 34, of Llano was arrested Sept. 26 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of less than 1 gram, failure to maintain financial responsibility. Released on Sept. 29 on $5,500 in bonds.

David Chester Peeples, 34, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 26 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear or bail jumping. Released on Sept. 30 on $500 in bonds.

Parker Quinlin Robertson, 30, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 26 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): failure to appear, expired registration. Released on Sept. 27 on $500 in bonds.

Philip Andrew Salinas, 34, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 26 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): violating a promise to appear, expired registration, running a red light. Released on Sept. 27 on $750 in bonds.

Clayton Lee Simons, 33, of Liberty Hill was arrested Sept. 26 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): driving while intoxicated, failure to identify. Released on Sept. 27 on $2,000 in bonds.

Cristian G Cortez Monjaras, 26, of Granite Shoals was arrested Sept. 27 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): evading arrest or detention, driving while intoxicated. Released on Sept. 27 on $4,000 in bonds.

Brandon Kyle Garcia, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested Sept. 27 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): aggravated sexual assault of a child, two counts. Released on Sept. 27 on $100,000 in bonds.

David Allen Brobeck, 34, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 28 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): failure to appear, failure to maintain financial responsibility, driving while license invalid. Released on Sept. 29 on $750 in bonds.

Zan Cullen Nolan, 56, of Bertram was arrested Sept. 28 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): expired motor vehicle registration. Released on Sept. 29 on $200 in bonds.

Stephne Leigh Solomon, 45, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 28 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault by contact, family violence. Released on Sept. 30 on $500 in bonds.

Isaiah Thomas Villaneda, 23, of Spring Branch was arrested Sept. 28 by the Department of Public Safety (DPS): interfering with public duties. Released on Sept. 29 on $1,500 in bonds.

Larry Edwin Lee, 57, of Round Rock was arrested Sept. 29 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): theft of property of less than $2,500 with two or more prior convictions, evading arrest or detention.

Chevaz Aumond McHenry, 24, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 29 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to provide proof of financial responsibility, no valid driver’s license. Released on Oct. 1, paid fine.

David Eugene Newman, 60, of Bertram was arrested Sept. 29 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Salma Bennour, 41, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 30 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): failure to appear, criminal mischief of more than $100 but less than $750, assault by contact, family violence.

Brad Lee Brinkley, 43, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 30 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): failure to appear, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on Oct. 1 on $3,000 in bonds.

Jose Luis Garcia, 41, of Midland was arrested Sept. 30 by the Department of Public Safety (DPS): driving while intoxicated, second charge. Released on Oct. 1 on $2,500 in bonds.

Victoria Kristine Haynes, 28, of Midland was arrested Sept. 30 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): public intoxication. Released on Oct. 1 on $500 in bonds.

Oscar Flores Molinar, 52, of Horseshoe Bay was arrested Sept. 30 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): public intoxication. Released on Oct. 1 on $500 in bonds.

Cynthia Garza Trevino, 43, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 30 by the Llano County Sheriff’s Office (LLSO): child support.

Kyle Vaughn Allen, 19, of Cleburne was arrested Oct. 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): burglary of a vehicle.

Paul Bishop Chambers, 57, of Spicewood was arrested Oct. 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): violation of a bond or protective order. Released on Oct. 1 on $2,500 in bonds.

Alta Makayla Honea, 31, of Breckenridge was arrested Oct. 1 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol.

Keaton Joseph Rodriguez, 24, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): sexual assault.

Christian Ruiz, 20, of San Antonio was arrested Oct. 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): failure to appear, unlawful carry of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.

Justin Lee Stites, 31, of Granite Shoals was arrested Oct. 1 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.
