Leonard Alfred ‘Junior’ ‘JR’ Ulbricht
Leonard Alfred “Junior” “JR” Ulbricht, 85, died Oct. 5, 2010, with his family at his side.
He was born June 28, 1925, in Niederwald to Ottmar E. and Albertina Hartwig Ulbricht. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He owned Junior’s Garage in Burnet since 1956.
Survivors include his wife Betty of Burnet; sons Richard UIlbricht and wife Charolet of Buda, Dan Nason and wife Melissa of Burnet, and Robert Ulbricht and wife Mary of Burnet; daughters Susan Christine Ulbricht of Burnet and Marie Ulbricht Ebeling of Burnet; grandchildren Nikki Werley, Kristopher Ulbricht, Carroll Ray Null Jr., John Lee Null, Ariel Nicole Bragg, Tyler Ulbricht Ebeling, Robert Brendan Ulbricht and Kirstie Nikole Ulbricht; great-grandchildren Ryan Adair, Holly Adair, Kailyn Marie Bragg, Teagen Alexandra Bragg, Ian Null, Avery Null and Ashlyn Christine Null; sister Dorothy Wegner; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by grandson Hyatt Ebeling.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Oct. 8 at Edgar Funeral Home, 109 N. Main in Burnet, (512) 756-4444.
A graveside service is 3 p.m. Oct. 9 at Post Mountain Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Dan Nason, Robert Ulbricht, Tyler Ebeling, Richard Ulbricht, Little Robert Ulbricht, Bobby Riley, Mike Warner and Bobby Ellis.
