Destiny Victoria Jacklyn Cline, 27, of Burnet was arrested May 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Released on May 3 on $50,000 in bonds.
Elizabeth Diaz, 46, of Marble Falls was arrested May 1 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram, possession of marijuana of less than 2 ounces.
Patrick Noel Lane Doyle, 21, of Llano was arrested May 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. Released on May 2, credit time served.
Isabel Flores, 19, of Burnet was arrested May 1 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): theft of property valued more than $2,500 but less than $30,000. Released on May 1 on $2,500 in bonds.
Wacey Keith Greene, 38, of Killeen was arrested May 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): public intoxication. Released on May 2 on $500 in bonds.
Dustin Allen Maynard, 31, of Granite Shoals was arrested May 1 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of less than 1 gram, possession of marijuana of less than 2 ounces.
Johnny Devan Wall, 49, of Burnet was arrested May 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. Released on May 2, credit time served.
Justin Marcus Wharton, 44, of Austin was arrested May 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated.
Thomas Gregory Moore, 17, of Granite Shoals was arrested May 2 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Released on May 3 on $50,000 in bonds.
Yuliana Ruiz, 21, of Kingsland was arrested May 2 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): false report to police officer or law enforcement employee. Released on May 2 on $3,000 in bonds.
Joshua Adam Cole, 37, of Kingsland was arrested May 3 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): assault of a family or household member with a previous conviction, driving while intoxicated, third charge or more, assault causing bodily injury to a family or household member..
Jesse James Garrett, 41, of Bertram was arrested May 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): violation of a bond or protective order.
Elio Vega Palacios, 57, of Burnet was arrested May 3 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): driving while intoxicated, second charge.
Eric Allan Remmick, 47, of Florence was arrested May 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while license invalid, driving while intoxicated, third charge or more, unregistered vessel. Released on May 3 on $16,000 in bonds.
Lawrence Emil Smith, 43, of McKinney was arrested May 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): violation of a bond or protective order. Released on May 3 on $3,000 in bonds.
Jesse James Garrett, 41, of Bertram was arrested May 4 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): continuous violence against the family, assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

Tristian Lavern Poteet, 42, of Spicewood was arrested May 4 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while intoxicated. Released on May 4 on $1,500.
Cody Wade Watts, 34, of San Luis, CO was arrested May 4 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14. Released on May 4 on $75,000 in bonds.
James Marcus Burleson, 56, of Marble Falls was arrested May 5 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.
Dakota Bane Knash, 28, of Burnet was arrested May 5 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Cliffard Cruz Montemayor, 54, of Bertram was arrested May 5 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on May 5 on $2,500 in bonds.
Darris Damon Nichols, 47, was arrested May 5 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on May 5 on $1,500 in bonds.
David Rey Alcala, 32, of Bertram was arrested May 6 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault of a family or household member with a previous conviction.
Lawrence Roy Alderman, 70, of Spicewood was arrested May 6 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): public intoxication. Released May 7 on $500 in bonds.
Derrick Kendell Burns, 39, of Marble Falls was arrested May 6 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram, possession of a dangerous drug, parole violation.
James David Evans Jr., 33, of Marble Falls was arrested May 6 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): public intoxication. Released on May 6 on $500 in bonds.
