David C. Blayney
David C. Blayney, 62, of Houston and formerly of Smithwick, died Aug. 22, 2010. He was born April 21, 1948, in Houston to Lindsey and Mary Alberta (Carroll) Blayney Jr.
He was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Houston and married Marcia Lewis Brakhage on Nov. 19, 1971.
Survivors include Marcia Blayney of Smithwick; son Billy Brakhage; daughter Arwen Blayney-Lietz; and sisters Iva Jane Hueske and Millie Leyendecker.
A service was held Sept. 25, 2010.
