Julie Ann Oliver
Julie Ann Oliver, 72, died Feb. 19, 2011, from a sudden and unexpected illness.
She was born in Cedar Falls, Iowa, most recently living in Burnet with relatives.
One of her dearest passions was working at the Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center. She started as a volunteer in 1987.
She enjoyed going to breakfast with her friends, shopping and traveling to Iowa.
Survivors include her daughters Kathy, Becky, Sue, Cheryll and Lisa; sons Jeff, Brian and John David; 32 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband John M Oliver, Mr. and Mrs. John Ross Oliver, Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Hoffman, Rhona Willis, Don Johnson, Scott Oliver and Duane Johnson.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Edgar Funeral Home and First Baptist Church of Burnet.
Her body will be cremated.
A memorial service is 1 p.m. Feb. 26 at First Baptist Church, 108 S. Vanderveer in Burnet.
