Clara Louise Mitchell
Clara Louise Mitchell, 72, died Feb. 24, 2011, after a battle with cancer.
She was born and raised in Levelland, lived in Austin most of her adult life and had been living out her golden years on Lake LBJ.
She loved people, especially her grandchildren. She always thought of creative things to do with them, which built special memories they will enjoy forever.
Survivors include husband Daniel Mitchell; children Amy Keen and husband Kirk and Scott Mitchell and wife Sharon; brothers Wayne Howard and Jimmy Howard; grandchildren Alyssa, Colton and Shelby Mitchell and Tanner and Dalton Keen; several nieces and nephews and their families; and her beloved Yorkshire terrier Chica.
An informal memorial is 11 a.m. Feb. 26 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 306 Texas 29 in Burnet, (512) 756-2222.
