William ‘Bill’ Herrington
William ‘Bill’ Herrington, 82, of Phoenix died Aug. 10, 2010. He was born
Dec. 17, 1927, in Marble Falls.
He retired from the Navy after 23 years.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Alma Ione; children John and wife Gloria, Hank
and wife Kathy, Sabrina and wife Rene Ramirez and Burk and wife Diana; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers Raymond and wife Zelda,
Audie and wife Clarice, Joe and wife Irene, August and wife Jan; and sister Henrietta Lewis.
He was preceded in death by his brother Leroy and his parents John Emeral and Helen Marie (Bruns) of Marble Falls.
Visitation is noon Aug. 22 at Heritage Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Road in Peoria, Ariz., (623) 974-3671.
A service is 1 p.m. with internment at the National Veterans Cemetery.
