Audree Christie
Audree Christie, 100, of Austin died May 2, 2011. She was born in Temple on Sept. 23, 1910, to John and Lennie Cox Ross.
Survivors include her daughter Linda Jeffery of Austin; grandson Karl Lynn Jeffery of Austin; sister Cecil Allen of Longview; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Leldon Jeffery in 1992; two brothers; and one sister.
A graveside service is 1 p.m. May 6 at Post Mountain Cemetery in Burnet with Tim Denton officiating.
