Construction is moving forward on the $7.5 million renovation of Hidden Falls Golf Club in Meadowlakes, with the project on schedule for completion in fall 2027.

The project has reached another major construction milestone, with the second of three major concrete pours for the foundation now completed. Structural steel is also up and in place, according to City Manager William De Roos.

The third and final concrete pour, still to be scheduled, will be for the swimming pool. Once completed, the new pool will be about 1,000 square feet larger than the existing pool.

The renovation will replace the golf course’s aging facilities at 220 Meadowlakes Drive with a new clubhouse complex featuring a pro shop, restaurant and bar, gym, meeting rooms and swimming pool.

Meadowlakes voters approved the $7.5 million bond on Nov. 7, 2023. The bond funds construction and utility system improvements and will be repaid through property taxes and utility revenue. The average household is expected to pay about $100 more per year toward bond payments.
