Michael Scott Andrews, 44, of Marble Falls was arrested July 31 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility, two counts.

Brandon Maurice Bullard, 38, was arrested July 31 by the Department of Public Safety (DPS): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on Aug. 2 on $1,500 in bonds.

Christopher Lee Conely, 41, of Burnet was arrested July 31 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): public intoxication, failure to appear. Released on Aug. 4 on $1,000 in bonds.

Dillon Jacob Duren, 32, of Corsicana was arrested July 31 by the Department of Public Safety (DPS): possession of marijauna of less than 2 ounces. Released on July 31 on $1,500 in bonds.

Colton Sisu Erickson, 37, of Kingsland was arrested July 31 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated. Released on July 31 on $10,000 in bonds.

Christopher Lee Hays, 50, of Burnet was arrested July 31 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility, two counts, violation of an occupational drivers license.

Jaren Earl Jenkins, 27, of Austin was arrested July 31 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.15 or greater, unlawful carry of a weapon, possession of marijuana of less than 2 ounces. Released on July 31 on $6,500 in bonds.

Eduardo Erineo Ledesma, 37, of Marble Falls was arrested July 31 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while intoxicated, third charge or more. Released on Aug. 1 on $15,000 in bonds.

Michael Lee Najar, 22, of Marble Falls was arrested July 31 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): continuous violence against the family, assault of a family or household member impeding breathing or circulation, violation of a bond or protective order.

Nicholas Michael Scussel, 30, of Ennis was arrested July 31 by the Department of Public Safety (DPS): possession of marijuana of less than 2 ounces. Released on July 31 on $1,500 in bonds.

David Anthony Smith, 32, of Kingsland was arrested July 31 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): failure to identify as a fugitive intent to give false information.

Laurel Leanne Tillery, 37, of Plainview was arrested July 31 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): expired drivers license, failure to show proof of financial responsibility, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Released on Aug. 6 on $50,000 in bonds.

Josue Luis Delagarza, 24, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 1 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): deadly conduct, driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol, reckless driving. Released on Aug. 2 on $5,500 in bonds.

Shaina Rae Escalante, 39, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): abandonment or endangerment of a child with criminal negligence.

Glenda Ryan Jacoby, 69, of Bowie was arrested Aug. 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault class c. Released on Aug. 2 on $500 in bonds.

Jessica Jaramillo-Macedo, 20, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 1 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): violating a promise to appear, speeding in a school zone, 51 mph in a 25 mph zone, speeding 15 miles or more over the posted speed limit, 60 mph in a 35 mph zone. Released on Aug. 1 on $500 in bonds.

Quinton Hawk Munoz, 47, of Spicewood was arrested Aug. 1 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to appear. Released on Aug. 5 on $500 in bonds.

Lori Denyse Pederson, 52, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 1 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams, failure to maintain financial responsibility, operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Jeffrey Alan Spencer, 64, of Copperas Cove was arrested Aug. 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): violation of a bond or protective order, interfering with public duties, possession of marijuana of less than 2 ounces. Released on Aug. 2 on $8,000 in bonds.

Charles Melvin Stanley, 48, of Stanley was arrested Aug. 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Released on Aug. 3, credit time served.

Melody Lorraine Whatley, 48, of Buchanan Dam was arrested Aug. 1 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): failure to maintain financial responsibility with a prior conviction, two counts. Released on Aug. 2 on $500 in bonds.

Ronald Scott Ball, 64, of Bertram was arrested Aug. 2 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): credit card or debit card abuse. Released on Aug. 2 on $15,000 in bonds.

Tammie Darlene Ferguson, 56, of Universal City was arrested Aug. 2 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Aug. 4 on $2,500 in bonds.

Luke Justin Robinson, 17, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 2 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault class c. Released on Aug. 4 on $500 in bonds.

Jason Abraham Berenji, 42, of Bertram was arrested Aug. 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault of a peace officer or judge, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Christopher Gentry Collins, 30, of Lampasas was arrested Aug. 3 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): obstruction or retaliation, driving while intoxicated.

Janckell Fernando Cruz-Castellanos, 24, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 3 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): prohibited substance or item in a correctional or civic commitment facility, driving while intoxicated. Released on Aug. 5 on $11,500 in bonds.

Kimberly Kay Duran, 61, of Austin was arrested Aug. 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 4 grams but less than 400 grams, prohibited substance or item in a correctional or civic commitment facility, driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol. Robbie Donald Savidge, 57, of Wimberly was arrested Aug. 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.

Arrion Devontez West, 28, was arrested Aug. 3 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): evading arrest or detention, failure to identify as a fugitive. Released on Aug. 4 on $4,000 in bonds.

Candido Ray Delahoya, 35, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Aug. 4 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. Released on Aug. 5 on $100,000 in bonds.

Ricky Antonio Halleman, 30, of San Antonio was arrested Aug. 4 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): public intoxication.

Aidan Jeffery Newmann, 24, of Bertram was arrested Aug. 4 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): indecency with a child by sexual contact. Released on Aug. 5 on $15,000 in bonds.

Justin Thomas Roberson, 38, of Spicewood was arrested Aug. 4 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): manslaughter.

Jaime Lynn Torres, 41, of Granite Shoals was arrested Aug. 4 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): violation of a bond or protective order, terroristic threat of a family or household member.

Christopher Gentry Collins, 30, of Lampasas was arrested Aug. 5 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, public intoxication.

Heatherley Daly, 60, of Round Mountain was arrested Aug. 5 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on Aug. 6 on $1,500 in bonds.

Rocky David Gwin, 39, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 5 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): harassment.

Casey Lynn Guffee, 37, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 6 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): theft of property of less than $2,500 with two or more prior convictions, two counts, forgery to defraud or harm another person.

Aaron David Keel, 43, of Brownwood was arrested Aug. 6 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance, penalty group 1 of more than 200 grams but less than 400 grams.

Erick Nathaniel Reed, 55, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 6 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): disorderly conduct with three or more prior convictions.
