The following people were arrested and booked into the Burnet County Jail from Nov. 21 -Nov. 25, 2025, according to the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office. City of residence and release information are listed when available. This list does not constitute an official court document, and all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

With the holiday closures, the jail log is updated to Tuesday, Nov. 25.

Dain Jonathon Cantor, 42, of Spicewood was arrested Nov. 21 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): repeatedly threatened and committed violence against a family member, including violating protective orders multiple times.

Raymond Karichko, 63, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Nov. 21 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): assaulted a family or household member with a prior conviction.

Victor Hugo Rivera, 34, of Mission was arrested Nov. 21 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possess controlled substance pg 1-b, 4 to 200 grams, felony (previous conviction).

James Earl Whigham, 52, of Round Rock was arrested Nov. 21 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): charge for a controlled substance medication less than 1 gram.

Orion Angel Bishop-Clark, 24, of Burnet was arrested Nov. 22 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): assault causing bodily injury.

Dain Jonathon Cantor, 41, of Spicewood was arrested Nov. 22 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): reckless bodily injury to child, elderly, or disabled person.

Lisa Yvonne Powers, 56, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Nov. 22 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): theft of property under $2,500 with 2 or more previous convictions, fail to identify by giving false or fictitious information.

Monica Noemi-Mango Celum, 42, of Kingsland was arrested Nov. 23 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): criminal mischief $750 to under $2,500. Released on Nov. 24 on $5,000 on bonds.

Karina Alegandra De La Hoya, 29, of Marble Falls was arrested Nov. 23 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while intoxicated. 

Violet Donalyn Weber, 22, of Spicewood was arrested Nov. 23 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while intoxicated or with open alcohol container. Released on Nov. 23 on $2,500 on bonds.

Jeremy Leonard Burnett, 39, of Austin was arrested Nov. 24 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): evading arrest with a vehicle.

Marcus Valentin Daniel, 32, of Granite Shoals was arrested Nov. 24 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possessing less than one gram of a penalty group 1/1-b controlled substance, assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

Jesse Lawrence Jones, 39, of Bertram was arrested Nov. 24 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): tampering with identification numbers on personal property, unlawfully carrying a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia. Released on $5,500 on bonds. 

Richard Gene Ray, 60, of Bertram was arrested Nov. 24 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possessing between one and four grams of a penalty group 1 controlled substance. 

Christopher Lee Conely, 40, of Burnet was arrested Nov. 25 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): public intoxication. 

Keaton Joseph Rodriguez, 23, of Burnet was arrested Nov. 25 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): driving while intoxicated.

Moises Tobar Jr., 39, of Granite Shoals was arrested Nov. 25 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. Released on $1,500 on bonds.

Christina Renee White, 30, of Thorndale was arrested Nov. 25 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault causing bodily injury to a family member, charged as a Class A misdemeanor. Released on $5,000 on bonds.
