2026 Locals Love Us contest is live
Locals Love Us, the annual best of Highland Lakes contest, hosted by The Picayune and KBEY 103.9 FM Radio Picayune, is live through Nov. 30.
The popular community contest invites locals to vote for their favorite businesses, people, and organizations in the Highland Lakes area.
“Visitors to the area use the Locals Love Us magazine to find the best places to sleep, eat, and play,” Mandi Goldsmith, publisher of Victory Media said. “And it’s a way to highlight the great people and places that make this area an amazing place to live and work.”
Once voting closes, results will be tallied in December, and the winners will be officially announced in the printed Locals Love Us magazine, published in February 2025. Free copies will be available at newsstands, local businesses, and included in the February issue of The Picayune.
Voting is easy and can be done once daily online from any mobile device or computer. Follow this link to cast your vote.
Winners will receive posters to display in their storefronts and digital logos for use on their websites and social media so that even visitors from out of town will know who the locals love most.
