Blue Bonnet Cafe, 211 U.S. 281 in Marble Falls, will set aside its regular menu to dish out delicious fried catfish along with hushpuppies, french fries, and coleslaw from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1. The twice-a-year event raises money for Marble Falls Area EMS.
KBEY 103.9 FM Radio Picayune’s Ben Shields will be broadcasting live from the fundraiser.

Proceeds will go toward additional training, equipment, and other resources for the EMS.
A local favorite, the EMS fundraiser has been hosted at Blue Bonnet Cafe for about 30 years. Elected officials from across Burnet County are always on hand to wait tables and deliver to-go food to add to the fun.
The organization’s next fish fry is planned for October.
