Patricia Jo “Pat” (Kothmann) Wagner passed away Dec. 3, 2015, at the age of 70. She was born in Austin on March 8, 1945, to Edith (Kidd) and Floyd E. Kothmann.

Pat married Phil Wagner on Sept. 4, 1965, in Mason, Texas. She was a teacher for many years and retired from the Llano Independent School District.

Pat was a member of the Daughters of Republic of Texas. She enjoy reading and doing anything outside. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren participate in their activities, including 4-H stock shows, rifle shoots, sports and most especially going to Schlitterbaun.

She loved to travel as well. When she went to Kfar Blum near the Galillee area, she was baptized in the Jordan River by Pastor Jim Rose on Jan. 6, 2009. Prior to this, Pat was christened by the Rev. Radetzky in Castell at a young age.

Pat is survived by her daughters, Felicia Laxson and husband David of Streeter and Colette Todd and husband Mitch of Llano; son, Kody Wagner and wife Kim of Valley Spring; and six grandchildren, Bradley Laxson, Zane and Gunner Todd and Koda, Kaylie and Kash Wagner.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Phil Wagner, in 2006 and parents, Edith and Floyd Kothmann.

Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Dec. 4 at Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Home, 307 E. Sandstone in Llano, (325) 247-4300. A funeral service is 3 p.m. Dec. 5 at Lutie Watkins United Memorial Methodist Church with Pastor Jim Rose officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Mitch Todd, Bradley Laxson, David Laxson, Lynn Owen, Daylon Smith and Jerry Butler. Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Feller, Zane and Gunner Todd and Kash Wagner.

Burial will follow at the Methodist Cemetery in Castell.
