Billie Joyce Tinnell-Norris, 62, dies Nov. 9, 2014
Billie Joyce Tinnel-Norris passed away Nov. 9, 2014. She was born in Phoenix, Arizona, on Feb. 5, 1952.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carma Joyce and Bill Davis, and brother Wain Davis.
She is survived by her son, Bruce Bennett, and daughter, Billie Johnson, both of Washington state; siblings Carma Cunningham and Willie Davis, both of Llano, Jay and Sharon Davis of New Mexico and Lee Davis of Austin; ex-husband, Rod Norris of Llano; and seven grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Billie was a beautiful, Gypsy-spirited woman who the world will greatly miss.
