Cheryl Ann Riley, 57, of Burnet, Texas, passed away Jan. 27, 2014. She was born Nov. 1, 1956, to Bobby Lee and Mary Belle (Levensailor) Riley.
She was a resident of Burnet for seven years, coming from Llano, Texas. Cheryl worked as a dispatcher for the Llano County Sheriff’s Department and other law enforcement agencies. At the time of her death, she was a medical transcriptionist. Cheryl also was a truck driver.
She loved gardening, fishing and spending time with her family, children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her parents, Bobby and Mary Riley of Burnet; three sons, Kenneth Reese Jr. of Burnet, James Reese Sr. and wife Tiffany of Liberty Hill and Casey Bush and partner Christopher Hamilton of Austin; brother, Bobby Wayne Riley and wife Sue of Burnet; sister, Kathy Rushing and husband Ron of Marble Falls; and five grandchildren, Brooke Sawyer, Kiley Reese, Felicity Reese, James Reese Jr. and Hailey Reese.
A graveside service is 1:30 p.m. Feb. 5 at Six Mile Cemetery in Llano County with the Rev. David Smith officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society or Dell Children’s Hospital in Austin.
