A service for Tommy Lee Crain, 66, of Burnet is 2 p.m. Jan. 30 at Edgar Funeral Home, 109 N. Main St. in Burnet, (512) 756-4444, with the Rev. Mike East officiating. Burial will follow at Post Mountain Cemetery in Burnet.
Tommy was born in Las Cruces, N.M., on March 4, 1947, to James and Blanche Crain and passed from this life on Jan. 26, 2014, in Burnet.
He worked in civil service as a heavy equipment operator for many years. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Debra; daughters, Kristan Crain of Burnet and Reneé Crain of Austin; son, Michael Crain of Austin; sister Rebecca Bingle of Burnet; brother Melvin Crain of Idaho; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Billie Phyle; and brothers Ray Crain and Lawrence Crain.
