OBITUARY: James Doyle Hallmark, 59, of Tow dies Dec. 10, 2013
James Doyle Hallmark, 59, of Tow, Texas, passed away Dec. 10, 2013. He was born to V.M. and Norma L. (Key) Hallmark on Jan. 18, 1954, in Burnet, Texas.
James was a “jack of all trades and a master of none” and had jobs in the oil field as a truck driver and with Central Texas Electric Cooperative for a time. In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking in his shop and hunting and fishing. He loved his family.
He is survived by his wife, Stephanie, who he married in Tow on Oct. 8, 1978. He also is survived by son, Stephen Hallmark, of Tow; daughter, Ashley lnge and husband JJ of Lone Grove; grandchildren, Aaron, Tanner and JoJo; brothers, Charles Hallmark and wife Sue and Ronnie Hallmark and wife Carol; numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Patch
He was preceded in death by his father, V.M. Hallmark, and sister, Alice Leach.
A private memorial is 1 p.m. Dec. 15 at the family home.
