FROM STAFF REPORTS
MARBLE FALLS — Power has been restored after an outage struck a swath of Marble Falls the morning of Nov. 13.
The outage, which occurred about 8 a.m., appeared to impact about 600 electrical meters of residential and commercial along RR 1431 from Granite Mountain to just east of U.S. 281. It also spanned north and south of RR 1431 for several blocks.
Pedernales Electric Cooperative crews restored power about 10 a.m.
Officials believe the two-hour outage might be tied to an equipment malfunction and affected a line coming out of the Granite Mountain substation.
There were no reports of damage or issues connected to the outage.
