• Sail above the hills — The Fault Line Flyers, a soaring club, takes off from a field in Briggs. The organization offers introductory rides the first Saturday of the month (weather permitting) from $60 to$80. • Get adventurous — Hidden Falls Adventure Park, a nonprofit organization located seven miles east of Marble Falls at 7420 RR 1431, offers a plethora of outdoor activities. You’ll find paint ball (complete with rental equipment), trails for motorcycles, ATVs and full-size 4x4s, a shooting range, hiking, camping and recreational vehicle sites. There’s also a shooting range called Copperhead Creek. The park offers more than 150 miles of trails, and, if you don’t own an ATV, you can rent one there. Visit or call (830) 798-9820.
