Burnet CISD offers season football tickets, family passes, Gold Cards for senior citizens


BURNET — Burnet Bulldogs football fans can purchase their 2013 season tickets at the high school athletic office Aug. 7-9.

Family discount passes for Burnet Consolidated Independent School District sports events also are available at the athletic office, while District 8-3A Gold Cards for fans ages 65 and older can be picked up at the athletic office or the BCISD central office.

The athletic office is located in the field house on the east end of the football field across from the baseball and softball complex. The central office is located at 208 E. Brier St.

Football season tickets can be bought noon-6 p.m. Aug. 7-8 and 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Aug. 9.

Fans who don’t want to renew their tickets should contact administrative assistant Sharon Schwartz at or (512) 715-5120.

Reserved seating will go on sale to the general public Aug. 19. The reserved seating price for the five home games is $35 for seats without seat backs and $40 for seats with seat backs. Reserved parking passes can be purchased for $25 each.

The District 8-3A Gold Cards are available at no charge to those 65 years and older.

The card provides general admission for all regular-season athletic and extracurricular events in Burnet. The card also is accepted at some road games, depending on the policies of the opposing schools.

Discount passes for families attending BCISD athletic events include:

• fall or spring adult pass, no football games included, $20 each;

• year-long adult pass, including sub-varsity football games, $50 each;

• fall or spring student pass, no football games included, $10 each;

• and year-long student pass, including sub-varsity football games, $25 each.

Passes are only good for home games. Tournaments and playoff games are excluded.
