OBITUARY: Phillis Lewis Madison, 69, of Irving dies May 15, 2013
Phillis Lewis Madison, 69, of Irving, Texas, was granted her angel wings on May 15, 2013. Her final days were spent surrounded by family whom she had touched in so many great and wonderful ways.
Phillis was born Jan. 31, 1944, in Providence, R.I., to Phillip and Jewel Mae (McClish) Lewis. She was a graduate of Burnet High School.
Phillis is survived by her loving son and daughter, Brandon Madison and Charissa Madison, both of Grand Prairie; granddaughters, Ashley Ballengee and Jordyn Madison, also of Grand Prairie; and sisters, Pat Boehm of Spokane, Wash., and Sandi Etheredge of Austin.
A graveside service is 3 p.m. May 21 at Smithwick Cemetery in Smithwick with Bro. Darrell Debo officiating.
