Marble Falls baseball loses opener of three-game series with Cedar Park

CEDAR PARK — The Marble Falls High School baseball team lost to Cedar Park 4-1 in the Mustangs’ opener of the District 25-4A season March 12.
The two teams play again 7 p.m. March 13 in Marble Falls and 2 p.m. March 14 in Cedar Park in their three-game series.
The Mustangs’ only run March 12 came after the Timberwolves committed an error.
The Timberwolves’ runs were scored after two outs in the fourth and sixth innings. Marble Falls head coach J.T. Blair said three of those runs were unearned.
