Faith Academy girls host Abilene Christian in playoff game Feb. 23

MARBLE FALLS — The Faith Academy of Marble Falls girls basketball team welcomes Abilene Christian High School at 4 p.m. Feb. 23 in the area round of the playoffs.
The game will be at the Faith campus, 3151 RR 1431 East.
Abilene Christian is led by all-state seniors MaryKate Rotenberry, a point guard, and Callie Houston, a forward. The two scored 52 points in the Lady Panthers’ 70-45 win against Dallas the Covenant on Feb. 19.
The Lady Flames (34-2) are trying to avoid the fate of the 2010 squad, which lost to Victoria Faith Academy 52-48 at home.
