Faith and Burnet basketball playoff games scheduled

MARBLE FALLS — Area high school basketball teams have finalized their playoffs games for Feb. 19.

The Faith Academy of Marble Falls girls basketball team will host East Texas Christian Tyler at 6 p.m. at the Faith campus, 3151 RR 1431 East.
The Burnet High School boys basketball team will face Alvarado at 6 p.m. at Waco Midway High School, 8200 Mars Drive in Waco. The Bulldogs enter the playoffs as the District 8-3A runner-up. Alvardo comes in as the third-place finisher out of District 7-3A. Fans can listen to the game on KBEY 103.9 FM Radio Picayune.
Midway is the site of a doubleheader. The other game will feature Gatesville against Glen Rose.
