MARBLE FALLS — The Marble Falls High School boys soccer team fought back from a halftime deficit to tie Fredericksburg 1-1 on Feb. 1.

Mustangs head coach Michael Nave credited his players for coming back but noted the Mustangs were unable to play well in both halves.

“They outworked us the first half; they worked harder than we did,” he said. “Generally, if you get the equalizer, you feel pretty good. In this case, we don’t because we feel like we’re the better of the two teams.”

ON OFFENSE: Goal – Danny Osornio assisted by David Salinas (5:00 second half)

RECORDS: Marble Falls is 8-3-2 overall.
