Highland Lakes Democratic Women install 2013 officers
The Highland Lakes Democratic Women installed new officers for 2013 at the club’s Christmas party on Dec. 15. New officers are treasurer Marjorie Dearmont (left), secretary Mary Ann Raesener, vice president Ann Hunter and president Ravelle Kundinger. Standing president Shirley Schmidt (second from right) led the pledge of allegiance, while Betty Richie (right), of the Democratic National Committee administered the oaths of office. The club’s first luncheon and meeting of the year is 11:30 a.m. Jan. 24 at Hidden Falls Clubhouse, 220 Meadowlakes Drive in Meadowlakes.
