Flames benefit from new TAPPS playoff system based on strength of schedule

MARBLE FALLS — A change in how football teams qualify for the the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools playoffs might benefit Faith Academy of Marble Falls.

TAPPS announced the creation of four wild-card playoff spots to accompany the top two teams from each of the six districts that make up the 2012 Division III playoff bracket.
