Robert ‘Bob’ Wayne Bradfield
Robert “Bob” Wayne Bradfield, 57, of Manvel died Aug. 6, 2012. He was born in Groton, Conn., on Nov. 25, 1954, to Jack S. Sr. and Mary Louise (Bartels) Bradfield.
He was raised in Tow and attended school in Burnet.
He was an Army veteran, serving from 1973 to 1977. He also was a hunter, fisherman and rock and coin collector.
Survivors include brother Jack S. Bradfield Jr. and wife Pattie of Tow; sister Lynnda McBean and husband Bill of Corpus Christi; loving companion Shirley Davis of Toole; nephews Jeff Bradfield and wife Becky, Jeremy Bradfield and companion Casey and Russell Vanden II; niece Kristy Wright and husband Walter; great-nephews Carson Wright and Jackson Bradfield; and great-nieces Camryn Wright, Madison Bradfield and Baylee Bradfield.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A graveside service is 10:30 a.m. Aug. 10 at Tow Cemetery with the Rev. Jerald Moore officiating.
