MARBLE FALLS — Performance Course, the company conducting the strength-and-conditioning program for Marble Falls Independent School District student athletes, will hold a special evening workout 7 p.m. July 19 at Mustang Stadium, 2101 Mustang Drive.
Parents and fans will be able to watch the drills and workouts the athletes have been going through since June 11, said Performance Course coach and coordinator David Granson.
The workout also serves as a chance to show the athletes some appreciation, said MFISD athletic director Todd Dodge.
“When you start talking about building a program, the community is going to watch the young men and young ladies and get an idea of the kind of hard work they put in the summer time,” he said. “We want to get everybody in town interested.”
