Bea Simpkins Peavy
Bea Simpkins Peavy, 84, of Marble Falls died May 31, 2012, in Kingsland. She was born in Marble Falls on Feb. 22, 1928, to Edward and Alice Simpkins.
Survivors include husband Donald Peavy; daughter Linda Swinney and husband Ken of Burnet; sons Micheal Peavy and wife Gay and Daniel Peavy and wife Lynette of Maui, Hawaii; sister Nell Belz and husband Roy of Monahans; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Grover, Roy and George Simpkins; and sisters Anne Hopper, Winnie Jackson and Faye McKay.
Visitation is 6 p.m. June 2 at Edgar Funeral Home, 2105 U.S. 281 North in Marble Falls, (830) 693-5808, with a service following at 7:30 p.m. Interment is 8:30 a.m. June 3 at Burnet City Cemetery.
