KYLE — A scoreless first half concerned Hays Consolidated on Jan. 20.

That’s because the Marble Falls High School girls soccer team, which was starting several freshmen and newcomers, weren’t allowing the opponent to dictate much of the contest.

But in the final 15 minutes, Hays Consolidated scored three times to ensure a 3-0 victory.

Marble Falls (1-5-2) finished the event with a win, loss and a tie.
